## **3. Candle Safety & Allergy Disclaimer**
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and/or essential oils.
**By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:**
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, vents, and flammable materials.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains.
- Follow all safety instructions included with your candle.
**We are not responsible for any damage, injury, fire, or loss caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.**
Some products contain fragrance oils or essential oils that may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in certain individuals. Please review product ingredient lists before purchasing. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, consult a healthcare provider before use.

## **4. Orders and Payments**
All prices are listed in **USD** and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
**Important:** Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During hot summer months or cold winter conditions, candles may arrive with minor surface imperfections due to temperature fluctuations during transit. This does not affect the quality or performance of the candle.
Once an order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
